Cindy joined Planto Roe Financial Services, Inc. as a Financial Advisor in 2011. Prior to joining Planto Roe, she completed a distinguished, 28 year career in music education, most recently as the Director of Bands in Alamo Heights I.S.D. in San Antonio. She completed a Bachelor of Music degree from Texas Tech University, a Master of Music degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from The University of Texas School of Law.

Cindy holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations. In addition she is licensed in Life, Accident, Health and HMO by the Texas Department of Insurance. She is a Registered Representative and Investment Advisor Representative with Securian Financial Services.

She continues to hold memberships in the Texas Music Educators Association, Texas Bandmasters Association, Texas Music Adjudicators Association, Phi Kappa Phi (an honorary music fraternity) and is a non-practicing member of the State Bar of Texas.
