Following a recognized 21-year career in Journalism in which he led and advocated on behalf of his award winning staff, Doug Sehres has brought his skills to Planto Roe.

Doug holds the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and Series 66 securities registrations. In addition he is licensed in Life, Accident, Health and HMO by the Texas Department of Insurance.

An advocate by nature, Doug also understands the value of strategic preparation. He is determined to build relationships built on sound principles and trust.

Doug is active in the community through the Alamo Heights Little League where he has coached for the past seven seasons and is on the board of directors. In addition, he leads his son’s Bible study and has been teaching children’s Sunday school for nine years. Doug is also entering his third year as one of only two community liaisons on the Education Improvement Council for the Alamo Heights ISD.

Doug and his wife Jessica have been married for nearly 20 years. They have two children - Katlin, 14 a high school student and Josh, 11, a junior school student.
